Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Incoming call reception
  • Handle customer enquiries and service booking
  • Arrange daily job assignment for technicians and follow up
  • Operations and technicians support

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Self motivate, customer oriented, positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin    
  • High Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must    
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • 5.5 days work week with morning or afternoon shift on Saturday
  • Immediate available is preferred
