Purpose of the Job:

-       Manage entire HR & admin operations of the factory

-       Develop and implement HR & admin strategies, plans, policies, procedures and systems

Job Responsibilities:

-       Formulate, modify and implement all HR policies and procedures including manpower planning & forecast, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, payroll admin, performance management, career/succession planning etc.

-       Ensure quality HR & Admin services are provided to internal customers by leading the HR & Admin team to provide a good working environment and proactively understanding & meeting needs of internal customers

-       Asst in cultivating desired organisational culture which is in line with Group direction by implementing the mechanisms and driving the company’s commitment to support changes happened in the Group

-       Contribute to effectiveness of the operation of the factory by developing and executing cost efficiency programs, cost reduction exercises and various system certification programs

-       Contribute to the harmony of the factory and morale & sense of belongings of staff by organizing effective communication strategies and company activities

Job Requirements:

-       University graduate in HRM or related disciplines

-       8 years or above factory HR & admin management working experiences. Experienced in garment industry definite advantage

-       Strong leadership plus tough manage peoples character

-       Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese(Putonghua)

-      Required factory station in HeShan
