  • Perform administration duties including system operations, goods receiving and documentation 
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, such as support on business submission, client servicing
  • Handle data input/ entry to system
  • Responsible for general office administration, procurement and office maintenance
  • Assist in office administrative duties   


Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years or above working experience.
  • Experience of the printing, coating and / or textile industry an advantage, but not imperative. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Well-organized, detailed mind and able to handle multi-tasks.
  • PC literate; and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate availability would be preferred.
