Job Duties:

• Assistant Product Development Department in new product development projects including menu & recipe design and product shooting
• Support the research, demonstration and technical service of food ingredients
• Preform product tests in current or new food ingredients
• Review & manage daily documentation and equipment maintenance of the Product Development Department
• Purchase food ingredients, source food ingredients and equipment suppliers
• Translate some menu, recipes and research information
• Prepare training materials for internal and external teams
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition or related disciplines.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese & English and fluent in Mandarin
• Good computer skills & familiar with MS Office
• Good creativity, organization and analytical skills
• Good problem solving technique and full dedication to work
• Knowledge of photography in DSLR using
• Willing to travel occasionally
• With 1-2 relevant experience in food industry or catering especially bakery
