Our client is a company with 100+ staffs in Hong Kong who is seeking for experienced candidates to join them teams as an Assistant Human Resources Manager / HR Manager depending on experience.

Responsibilities included but not limited to the followings:

·       Lead the HR team to handle full range of HR functions including Recruitment, C&B, Staff Relations

Requirements:

• University graduate in HR Management
• A minimum of 4 years’ solid working experience, preferably with sizable organizations, with exposure in the following human resource functions: staff recruitment and employment; compensation and benefits; staff relations and disciplines: HR Information Systems and other workflows; HR policies and procedures
• Experience in leading a small team to support overseas and mainland offices
• Good understanding of local employment regulations and practices across different regions is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with different level of employees
• Strong communication skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
