The candidate is responsible in conducting investment and research analysis, handling financial and operating information from project companies, performing asset management of real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research & analysis by region in terms of major players, demographics, mall performance, key anchors, and suitable adjacencies;
• Involve in investment analysis with various financial modeling, due diligence investigations;
• Prepare variance reports and present to the management regularly on the project work progress;
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related quantitative discipline; 
• Participating in CFA exam is preferred;
• At least 4 years or above relevant experience in real estate industry;
• Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task;

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially spreadsheets and presentation tools;
• Good command of spoken and written English.  Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;

• Occasionally travel to PRC is required;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer/Assistant Officer.
