RESPONSIBILITIES:

• handling managed investment vehicles’ real estate and private equity investments in China;
• handling company secretarial matters of PRC investment vehicles and CR Capital’s own PRC subsidiaries;
• setting up and monitoring implementation of internal policies & procedure as may be required internally;
• preparing various internal approval memoranda;
• preparing and submitting various regular and ad-hoc reports to the holding company or CR Group.

REQUIREMENT:

• Qualified PRC lawyer with at least 3 years PQE gained from leading PRC law firms;
• Good experience in corporate activities with focus on M&A, joint ventures as well as real estate investments in China;
• Knowledge and experience in private equity funds in China is a plus;
• Good command of written and spoken mandarin Chinese, proficiency in English and Cantonese is also highly desirable.
