Reporting to Regional Technical Director, the incumbent will work closely with the Technical Secretary for providing administrative support to the Regional Technical Department.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Management and processing of purchase orders on SAP system;
• Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to the Regional Technical Department;
• Coordinate with Accounting department for invoice payment and follow up;
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate, preferably with Accounting background;
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Strong numerical sense and detail minded;
• Self-motivated, independent and mature;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
