Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handle expense reimbursement and payment of office bills
• Management of receivables and payables
• Manage bank, securities house, custodian and other accounts opening, amendment, and closure
• Perform general support to Company Secretary (e.g. preparation of board resolution/minutes)
• Maintain proper records and filing
• Facilitate accounting and administrative ad hoc projects as required by management
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• At least 1 year of accounting working experiences
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese words processing
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated
• Committed to quality and accuracy
