Job Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and management reporting to the board
• Responsible for all finance and accounting activities of the Group
• Lead merger & acquisition of the Group

Requirements

• University degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines
• Professional qualification with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in corporate finance and merger & acquisition is highly preferred
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
