Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. We are headquartered in Hong Kong.  We have a business presence in Hong Kong, USA, EU, Canada, China, Philippines.

Reporting to the Chairman and Financial Controller, the Senior Accountant will be mainly involved in the preparation of the Monthly and Quarterly reporting, group cash-flow forecast and bookkeeping for the main subsidiary.

Responsibilities

-          Monthly and Quarterly group reporting (P&L and BS)

-          Assist year-end closing, and audit

-          Preparation of the group cash-flow forecast based on the information collected from the Financial Controller and Managers

-          Bookkeeping for the main subsidiary. Including AR, AP, Expenses, Inventory, Cash, Fixed Assets (full set of accounts)

-          Prepare various analysis for the finance department

-          Participate in finance related projects such as ERP, Tax planning but not limited to

Requirements

-          5 years' experience in accounting preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment

-          Sound knowledge of accounting standards

-          Experienced with Cash Management and trade finance bank facilities

-          Very good excel skills

-          Attention to detail and able to work independently

-          Fluent in English and Chinese
