Audit / Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

·    Handle full set of accounts, prepare and review periodic financial reports for various clients

·    Familiar with the Hong Kong company secretarial requirements

·    Assist in preparing audit schedules and financial statements

·    Prepare and review payroll reports

 

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent with professional accounting qualification

·         A minimum of three years solid accounting experiences

·         Prior audit experiences in CPA firm is highly regarded

·         High attention to detail and multi-tasking

·         Good working knowledge of Excel

·         This position will learn the latest accounting technology and best cloud accounting software - XERO

·         Good spoken and written English and Cantonese

·         Positive, initiative and a team player

·         Less experience candidate can be considered for Junior Accountant position. Fresh graduates will be considered.

 

We are an Authorised Employer (AE) of HKICPA and we offer five working days and provide examination leave, allowances and performance bonus.  No travel is required.
