Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support to management
  • Handle general clerical work and administration duties
  • Assist on customer service duties
  • Assist in ad-hoc project and prepare reports to management

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Mature, work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
  • University students are welcomed
