Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative support to management
- Handle general clerical work and administration duties
- Assist on customer service duties
- Assist in ad-hoc project and prepare reports to management
Requirements:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Mature, work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
- University students are welcomed
