Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise clerical and administrative personnel, including receptionist and administration officer to oversee daily operations of the Company
- Be responsible for staff business travelling arrangement, including but not limited to flight tickets, accommodation, travel visa and travel insurance
- Take lead in office planning and renovation
- Purchase and allocate supplies and equipment with careful budget planning, maintain a clear inventory
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities to ensure they remain safe, secure and well maintained
- Analyse consumption pattern of energy, technology, office supplies, equipment and services
- Organise annual meetings to ensure effective information flow
- Assist in special projects when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Human Resources related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
- Business-oriented, result driven and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Independent, a self-motivated team player, with strong sense of responsibility
- Good leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver good quality of work
- Computer literacy in MS applications including Chinese word processing
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Manager
- Immediate availability is preferred
