Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare daily sales analysis reports
• Provide administrative support to Retail Operation Department
• Communicate with shopping malls for our retail outlets
• Work closedly with front line sales teams & internal departments
• Assist in preparing training materials & organise training programs
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 year relevant experience, with some in retail / FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table & VLookup) and Powerpoint
• Self-motivated, independent & with good presentation skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
