Job Description

職責:

  • 負責一般辦公室行政工作及公司支援;
  • 處理會計和財務職責;
  • 分擔其他特別職責。

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general administrative and office support;
  • Handle accounting and bookkeeping duties;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

要求:

  • 至少相關工作經驗
  • 熟識電腦軟件操作,如 Excel、 Word、Powerpoint
  • 工作積極,細心,有責任感
  • 持有會計文憑優先考慮;
  • 有使用MYOB/QuickBooks Online,  POS 系統及國內支付寶/綱絡銷售經驗優先考慮

Requirements:

  •  At least 2 years of related working experience;
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Self-motivated, attentive to detail;
  • Holder of Diploma in accounting or administration would be an advantage;
  • Experience with MYOB/QuickBooks Online, POS system and Alipay/Internet sales would be an advantage.

 

剛畢業或經驗較少者會考慮為行政文員。

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Clerk.
