Regional Executive Search Senior Consultant - North Asia

With a view to further develop our North Asia Practice, we are seeking to employ a professional, experienced Regional Executive Search Consultant who has the vision and ability to lead search and consulting projects. Ideally looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a Greater China / North Asia Regionally scoped role. ﾠPreferably you will have a strong Retail Industry segment exposure and or an Aviation / Airport Infrastructure & Engineering segment exposure.

With a high profile, well-known industry brand, you will leverage 15 years of existing relationships. You will be responsible for representing Logistics Executive in the marketplace and executing assignments to the highest standards of quality individually and in collaboration with associates not only in Hong Kong and Shanghai, but also the broader Asia and Global teams. You will bring solid industry expertise, professional services skills, and the ability to advocate on behalf of clients, candidates and Logistics Executive for the advancement of client and firm interests.

Ideal qualifications includes at least 3 years senior experience in industry and/or in senior-level executive search; experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm; and proven relationship engagement ability, especially within the services sector and someone who is passionate about achieving quality outcomes to leverage relationships and continuously develop networks.
