Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and quality sales support to distribution channels (such as generate sales illustrations, screen new applications, follow up on pending cases, NB forms and marketing materials delivery, etc.)
• Provide quality support to sales initiatives and handle the incentive payment
• Administer producer account setup and record maintenance
• Monitor day-to-day enquiries to maintain service standard within the team
• Participates in assigned projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years life insurance experience, specifically in agency/brokerage administration or distribution area
• SFC and/or Insurance Qualifications an advantage, e.g. LOMA, CII or relevant experience
• Good communication skills and delivery-focus, able to develop partnership with IFA clients.
• Good MS office skills – Powerpoint, Word, Excel
• Fluent in both Chinese & English
