Job Description

- Supervise a small team in performing full spectrum of daily HR duties & Adm duties including sourcing & selection, compensation & benefits, staff orientation & performance management

- Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures to support business strategy and needs

- Provide and account for daily cost effective administrative services to our group including facilities and equipment management, office equipment & supplies, mailing & courier, renovation etc

- Daily administration of logistics team and implement related procedures and co-ordinate with other business units.

- Safety, security and efficient management of all our company premises including office, warehouse and shops

- Other ad hoc assignments and projects.

Job Requirements

- Diploma / Degree holder in HR or related discipline

- Min 8 years experience in HR & Adm functions in which at least 3 years in managerial level

- Proficiency in written and spoken English

- Good interpersonal skills, willing to work overtime and under pressure

- Proficient with MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

- Less experience will be considered as Sr Hr & Adm Officer
