The Collection Officer is responsible for managing suppliers to collect B2B debt placements at the highest speed, lowest costs and at highest customer satisfaction and supporting the commercial development of the local collection activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up internal and external collection suppliers and report timely to customer.
• Provide accurate collection strategy and litigation advice.
• Promote and encourage collection placement in close collaboration with the local Credit Insurance commercial and risk teams.
• Execute day to day collection activity (from registration in the system to invoicing and remittance).
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external collection related queries.
• Suggest and implement improvements of existing processes.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B collection.
• Experience in a client-facing position, a previous commercial  position is an asset.
• Good at building and maintaining relationship with Credit Insurance and collection customers with ability to anticipate clients needs, improve service and satisfaction.
• Good intercultural skills and capable of managing diversity members supplier network.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in working for MNCs / a multicultural environment a definite advantage.
