Responsibilities:

l   Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities.

l  Assist in all private fund projects, including fund structure set up, sales & marketing, product development.

l   Manage discretionary investment portfolios and funds.

l   Initiate, drive and implement product innovation and product development projects.

l   Assist in formulating investment strategy and manage global investment of the Company.

l   Supervise daily securities operations, including local and overseas market

l   Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices.

l   Other ad hoc duties relating to SFC requirements and as required by Management.

Requirements:

l   University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines.

l   Minimum 4 years management experience in securities firm.

l   SFC registered RO/Qualified Technical Representative for license 1, 4, 9.

l   Solid financial innovation experience

l   Solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management.

l   Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules.

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua.
