Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of Enterprise and firm-wide growth strategies, with a focus on finance-related strategy projects
• Work with senior management and business unit leaders to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals including (but not limited to); market entry strategies, business prioritization, and assessing strategic investments
• Communicate strategic priorities and execution plans across the firm via presentations, meetings, written communications, etc.
• Drive all phases of potential business development opportunities, including identification, evaluation, due diligence and transaction structuring and negotiation and senior management and corporate approvals
• Work with the Hong Kong Head of Corporate Strategy & the Head of Corporate Development to set the agenda and priorities for the Corporate Strategy and Development group
• Actively involve in fund raising, IPO processes; this includes routine communication with financial investors, investment bankers, lawyers, external auditors, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business/financial-related discipline, CPA or CFA holder is highly desired
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in corporate strategies, project management or accounting field
• Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
• Prior Big 4 experience is preferred
• Experience in TMT sector is highly desired
• Ability and aptitude to be an independent and critical thinker and is self-motivated
• Highly motivated, organized and able for multi-tasking
• Strong analytical and numerical skill
• Confident and presentable
• Competent project management skill
• Bilingual- English and Chinese
