Senior Education Consultant

Our client is a well established education services organisation, they are inviting senior education consultant to join them.

Responsibilities

• Able to provide local and overseas students independent advice on college and boarding school admission planning such as course selection.
• Advice on student’s personal interest and academic focus and propose ideas and action plans for individual student personal development.
• Provide overseas college / boarding school admission strategy
• Provide training for school admission interview and essay writing
  
• Provide additional tuition for assigned students. 
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis; assist in organising and hosting of seminars, information sessions and exhibitions (on occasional weekends and public holidays).
• Assist in the design and establishment of counselling process to reach a professional standard.
• Identify staff development and training needs; provide necessary support in building up the junior counselling staff.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in school/college admission counseling to secondary/high schools students
• Graduated from a US/UK reputable university
• Familiar with US/UK college admission processes and systems
• Overseas Schools Admission Advisory, possess knowledge in US, UK and Canadian education systems.
• Leadership and Character Coaching, experience in youth work is preferred
• Counselling experience and network with overseas universities/boarding schools is a plus
• Knowledge of the PRC education system would be an advantage  
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Entrepreneurial flair and strong communication skills
