Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product quality assurance and control, develop quality standards;
• Regularly review the quality control procedures with technicians of China Factory;
• Establish and execute the food safety management system (HACCP) for the small food factory in HK;
• Establish and implement the QC system;
• Responsible for raw materials, supplies packaging materials incoming inspection and control for the small food factory in HK;
• Handling customer complaints that related to product quality;
• Proof read of packaging label to ensure complying with food regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from Food Industry;
• Good communication skill and stringent attitude;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Frequent travel to China;
• Proficient PC skills in MS office application and Chinese word processing is a must.
