Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage various domestic services including housekeeping and services relating to waste disposal, environmental protection and other supportive services
- Supervise Housekeeping Staff in daily activities by using floor care and cleaning procedures to achieve outstanding results and raise standards of performance
- Reduce cost by selecting suitable equipment to maximize efficiency in cleaning in order to create a cleaner, brighter and more sanitary environment of the Lounge
- Perform daily inspection tours to ensure cleanliness and ensure that proper operating standards are met
- Report any unusual or questionable conditions
- Order supplies and maintains a running inventory
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above; or recognized professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in housekeeping management in Hospitality industry
- Certified of ISO 9001 or HACCP is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic , strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
