Job duties職責:

• Operations leadership and management of the team, including training, staff roster, stocks and budget control
• 具有領導和管理團隊的營運能力，包括培訓，員工值勤表，存貨和控制預算
• Customer service leadership and establishment of a high-level, pro-active and friendly service
• 擁有客戶服務的領導能力，建立高水準，積極和友好的服務

Requirement要求:

• Excellent communication skills 
• 良好的溝通技巧
• At least 10 years working experience with proven track records in food & beverage / catering operations
• 至少10年餐飲工作經驗
• Honesty and integrity, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers and staff
• 誠實正直，優秀的領導能力和人際關係溝通技巧，主動與客戶和員工互動
• Highly organized, initiative, detail-minded, enjoy team work, eager to take up challenges and able to work independently
• 具高度调理性，主動性，細心，享受團隊合作，渴望接受挑戰，並能獨立工作
• Ability to fully operate the POS system and prepare daily reports
• 能完全操作POS系統，並準備每日的報告

Salary at 25000 HKD or above, plus quarterly and year-end bonus (per your performance)
月薪25000港幣以上，加上季度花红（与营業额有关）和年终獎
