• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Pool Services and Fitness Center
• Ensure team members deliver a high standard of quality, service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise pool water testing, ensure pool and whirlpool water at the correct temperature
• Ensure emergency, lifeguard and first-aid equipment, procedures and training are up to standard
• Monitor cash handling and daily sales reports of retail amenities and F&B
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a five-star hotel with Spa, Fitness or F&B knowledge is preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
