Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate Inbound tours;
• Acting as a representative in handling enquiries from all inbound guests;
• Provide local scenic spot information and advice to inbound guests
• Provide local support to all inbound tours group;
• Provide emergency support to inbound guests.

 Requirements

•         Native Japanese speaking; (N2 or above)
•         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
•         Customer oriented, polite, responsible with good interpersonal skills;
•         Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese 
•         Immediately available preferred.
