Responsibilities

• Handle requirement study, systems analysis, systems development and testing, implementation of Business Intelligence platform
• Reporting directly to General Manager and promote fact-based data-driven culture across whole company by utilizing internal and external data and extracted insights
• Provide maintenance and support of data warehouse and ETL processes
• Plan and execute BI reporting project by acquiring user requirement, working with IT and vendors, and delivering dashboards and reports on the selected data visualization platform
• Provide general technical support and training to users
• Any ad-hoc project and other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Management Science, Operations Research, Computer Science or other relevant quantitative disciplines.
• Knowledge and Experience Oracle SQL / PLSQL, BI or DW
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in data warehousing and ETL processes
• Excellent analytics and data mining capability with statistics techniques
• Experience in logistics industry will be advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
