Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you will be assisting with the set up and formulate HR and office administration policies, procedures & guidelines in Hong Kong and other future overseas offices.
  • Responsible for offshore projects such as office set up and recruitment in overseas especially for China and Bangladesh.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and office administration duties.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process to support hiring managers from manpower planning, job posting, conducting interviews, selection to post-employment follow up.
  • Build up & maintain an efficient and systematic procedure/system in keeping all HR records and confidential materials to ensure information security.
  • Prepare management and analysis reports for annual benchmarking on compensation packages, medical insurance scheme, job grading and evaluation through market research & data analysis.
  • Provide assistance to expatriates on work visa, relocation, housing, and tax arrangement.
  • Organize all business and travel arrangements including flight and hotel arrangement, visa application, travel insurance and expenses.
  • Assist management in preparing budgets, business reports and presentation materials.
  • Support all office administration functions including office moving & renovation, rental renewals, repair & maintenance and company's activities & any other ad hoc projects, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in the HR field ideally from a garment sourcing / fashion company with set up experience in emerging markets.
  • Knowledge in PRC labour law and individual tax is a MUST and experience in dealing with Bangladesh market is a definite advantage.
  • Well versed of Hong Kong employment ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power-point.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Pleasant, mature and committed with high sense of work responsibility and ethics.
  • Self-motivated, well organized, patient & attentive to details with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills and able to cope with work pressure in a fast pace environment to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive with can-do attitude.
  • Team-players and able to create a harmonious and positive work atmosphere.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin.
