Description:

• Responding to user support requests regarding Desktop operation, MS Outlook Email, MS Office, Password resets, Network access, printing and other corporate IT systems or core business applications
• System and data backup management 
• Endpoint security management
• PC setup, software installation, Hardware and Software provisioning and configuration 
• Hardware inventory and Software licenses inventory management 
• Intranet and Internet web content management 
• Production of documentation, manuals and training materials for users 
• Engagement in the development of the IT Strategy, Policies and Procedures 
• Monitoring the IT policy compliance of users 
• Supporting the IT Supervisor with ad-hoc requests in areas of expertise 

Requirements:

• Min. 1-2 years of experience IT support or another similar position
• Higher Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Competent in Microsoft enterprise tools such as Active Directory, File Server, Exchange, Windows 7 and Office 365
• Skills to administer Firewalls, VPN gateways, Wired and Wireless Networking Devices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proactive self-starter able to work independently
• Strong problem solving skills with an eye for detail
• Interested to learn and aspiring to grow
