Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications and websites with bug fixes and change requests from users
Perform system testing, integration, deployment and project execution
Provide daily technical and reporting support and occasional user training
Prepare and analyze system documentation, user requirements, UAT, and technical design specifications
Handle user support issues for email, mobile, PC, and software applications
Assist with technical and installation tasks and documentations for networking, servers, hardware, and software

Requirements:

Diploma or degree holder preferably in IT related discipline
Knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, Linux, Oracle DB, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP, PL/SQL, HTML and JavaScript
3 or more years in relevant IT experience and web development
Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Server
Familiar with Jasper Report, JSF, JQuery, JPA, web services, DMS, email server, active directory, domain names, DNS, and web hosting would be an advantage
Basic knowledge in insurance would be an advantage
