Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Answering calls from customers
- Speaking to vendors
- To manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
- Ability to set priorities and allocate resources, take accountability and achieve results
- Provide secretarial support to the director
- Handling Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Quotations, documentation, etc
- Orgainising shipping and delivery schedules
- Supervising logistic staff
Job Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- At least 2-3 years administration experience in trading company with hands on experience in controlling personnel administration, cashiering, inventory, store housekeeping, security & purchasing
- Knowledge in warehouse computer system is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good spoken and written commend in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Good computer skills at MS softwares (i.e. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Immediate available is preferred
