Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Answering calls from customers
  • Speaking to vendors
  • To manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Ability to set priorities and allocate resources, take accountability and achieve results
  • Provide secretarial support to the director
  • Handling Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Quotations, documentation, etc
  • Orgainising shipping and delivery schedules
  • Supervising logistic staff


Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • At least 2-3 years administration experience in trading company with hands on experience in controlling personnel administration, cashiering, inventory, store housekeeping, security & purchasing
  • Knowledge in warehouse computer system is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good spoken and written commend in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Good computer skills at MS softwares (i.e. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Immediate available is preferred
