Job description:

• Establish and maintain relationships in the brokerage channel to grow business portfolio
• To achieve the corporate targets by formulating and implementing the renewal and new business acquisition strategies
• Increase business growth through development of new business
• Identify opportunities, research and present information on market trends to develop business
• Monitor and analysis performance of business channels
• Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned

 Job requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciple or with insurance professional qualification
• 4-6 years of experience in insurance brokerage channel & sales development
• Knowledge and experience in distribution of insurance products 
• Passed IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV is a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
