Resident Site Staff Appointment

– Renovation Works at Chung Tak Mansion, No. 2 Magazine Gap Road.

• Have a diploma or higher certificate in building or building studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Polytechnic or HK Institute of Vocational Education/Technical College/Technical Institute or equivalent;
• Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE, or equivalent;
• 6 yrs’ relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 2 yrs’ experience as a Clerk of Work;
• Shall be able to work independently.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
