1. Our Target

Our team have rich experience in developing mainland market (especially for High Net Worth Individuals), which is broadening quickly in recent years. So we target on providing the professional financial plans to clients from mainland, China and look for the one who has the same target to join us.

2. Our Young but Accomplished Team Leader, Alison

After graduation, Alison works as full-time financial consultant in the biggest insurance company in Hong Kong and reaches the position of SRM now. She started from scratch but took less than three years to become Court of the Table (COT) and Top of the Table (TOT) . During such a short time, she established her own team with about one hundred people, which is young, strong, professional and eager to learn.

3. Our Energetic Team

Our key team members are new immigrants from the mainland, who are mainly young talents with degree or above. The average age of our team is 25 to 30 years old. Although this is a young team, our team members are professional, client-oriented and devoted to providing the most professional advice and solutions for our clients. In addition, our team is united, willing to help each other and fights for the financial freedom together.

The annual income for our full-time financial consultants is HK$500,000 to HK$600,000. Our part-time financial consultants can increase their own income by about HK$100,000 annually, and the best one can even achieve HK$300,000 annual income increment.

Job Description 

• Provide professional financial plans to clients, including financial protection, health protection and retirement planning etc.
• Maintain the relationship with customers
• Establish and manage your own team
• Organize and participate in various types of marketing activities

Requirements

•  Form 5 or above
•  Fresh graduates from Mainland China are welcome
•  Having work experience is an advantage
•  Willing to learn
•  Strong communication skill and excellent customer service attitude
