RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent services by attending to all inbound calls according to laid down procedures and guidelines
• Attend to customers and dealer requests such as providing Vehicle Registration documentation and statement of account
• Manage customer retention programs and data mining
• Take care of the processes related to monthly Direct Debit handling, contract terminations, insurance policy renewal and license renewal
• Provide daily supervision to executive
• Participate in ad-hoc projects relating to process improvements and new product / services development

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Business related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in customer services, especially in premium brand is an advantage
• Knowledge of auto financing terms and processes is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Able to take responsibility and work independently / under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage
