Job Accountabilities

• Handle telephone and email inquiries from overseas and mainland China suppliers and branch offices
• Process audit requests efficiently in systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for audit scheduling and payment collection
• Perform data analysis
• Assist in ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• An understanding of social compliance is a definite plus
• University degree; fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience but less academic qualification will also be considered
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• High proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills
• Familiar with PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese input
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team
