Responsibilities:

• Provide support to whole CRM and responsible for membership administration and operation
• Evaluate and monitor membership registration, provide monthly reports on response rate
• Manage CRM data base, analyze customer data and develop CRM related reports
• Develop insights and effective segmentation of our customer database; to implement programs to reactivate lapse customers, retain and stimulate spending of existing customers
• Conduct market and customer survey to get customer insight that support the loyalty program
• Analyze customer profiles, trends and identify potential marketing opportunities and insights for business planning

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM/Membership Management
• Experience in luxury retail industry will be an advantage
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to manage database analyses
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
