Role Purpose:

The Marketing/CRM Assistant will be responsible for a myriad of duties that will ensure cohesive management of the organization's database as well as the policing of the data that is housed within it.

You will therefore work closely with the CRM system and understand its data structure well enough to validate, maintain and modify existing and new customer information and ensure accurate and up to date data for sales and marketing purposes. Your role will be integral to the rest of the business as it feeds data that needs to be of an excellent quality for successful Sales and Campaign activity through to lead generation.

Core Responsibilities:

- Data Cleansing

- Data Validation and Segmentation

- Prospecting (Existing and Adjacent Markets)

- Data Governance Processes

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree holder in Marketing / Business / Commerce; background in analytical discipline will be a strong plus

- 1-2 years experience of database marketing preferred; fresh graduates can also be considered.

- Good understanding of HK Market

- Prior experience in contact database management preferred
