Responsibilities:

• Direct report to the Human      Resources Director.
• Handle Human Resources administration      duties including recruitment, employee relations, training,      C&B, payroll & MPF, Group Medical, staff attendance record and other HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in annual performance & salary review, bonus and      commission payments.
• Responsible for on-boarding arrangement including orientation      program for new employees and off-boarding activity for departing      employees.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are      up-to-date and accurate.
• Perform other ad-hoc      projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human      Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ HR      generalist experiences in the hospitality      industry
• Well versed in Hong Kong      Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations / ordinances
• Good interpersonal      & communication skills, team player and able      to perform multi-tasks.
• Good command of both spoken      and written English and Chinese; Putonghua      an advantage.
• Proficiency in      Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Immediately available      preferred
