Job Description

The incumbent will work as Part-time Project Coordinator for Orbis's Raffle Ticket Charity Sale 2017.

Job responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and enlist volunteer fundraisers, with the goal of achieving fundraising target
Manage the logistics and manpower arrangement of the booths
Handle requests from donors, and deal with unexpected incidents that may occur at the venues

Working dates: January 14, 15, 21, 22; February 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26; March 4, & 5, 2017 (Weekends only)

Working Time: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Requirements:

A self-starter, responsible and outgoing
A good team leader. Experience in organizing activities and event management a plus
Caring and passionate about helping those in need
Willing to work long hours in outdoor environment
