Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies through digital channels, including website, eCom, eDM, SEM, social media and O2O in both HK and South China.
• Plan and carry out digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand image and promotions in social media, verticals and eCom channel
• Work with internal parties and external agencies to manage different social and eCom content
• Track and response to the social media buzz for maximizing the word-of-mouth
• Manage routine content updates and approval process including website, SEM, banner, eDM broadcast.
• Marketing support to O2O initiatives
• Analyze and evaluate online visitor behaviors and make recommendations to improve performance.
• Manage the KPI and formulate recommendation
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Systems, E-commerce, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experiences in digital marketing in HK/China.
• Familiarize with the operation of Facebook, WeChat, YouTube and content creation process
• Good project management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for SEM, website traffic, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Have passion in digital trend, contributing ideas and are attentive to details.
• Knowledge of HTML and web design programs is an advantage.
