Our client is a leading Exhibition and Events Company in Hong Kong, they are seeking energetic candidates to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Manager to implement projects and campaigns
• Organise and arrange regular DIY trainings events
• Handle marketing operation duties including daily customer enquiries, reporting, customer follow-up, web contents maintenance of the website
• Compile management reports and presentations for review and analysis
• Assist in conducting market research and customer survey
• Provide administrative support to the team including managing internal workflow and handling the team’s budget and expenses
• Provide logistic support in organising buyer forums, seminars and networking events at trade fairs when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years related working experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Exhibition/ Event organisation (Candidates with less experience will be considered for other Project Assistant / Executive positions)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese & English typing
• Good team player, independent, good coordination and communication skills
• Immediately available is highly preferable
