Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of retail shops (franchise and self-owned) in Mainland China
• Motivating and leading frontline sales to achieve sales targets
• Formulate and conduct in-house training to sales
• Review and manage retail operation in respect of inventory control, sales & marketing and budgeting
• Expanding the business in China

Requirements

• University graduated in marketing or business related discipline
• Over 6 years relevant experience in fashion industry, 4 years of which should be at supervisory level; experience in Mainland China is a must.
• Strong in leadership with good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong passion in retail industry and possess all-rounded skills like analytical, planning, marketing and people management
• Self starter, result-oriented and attentive to details.
• Outgoing and able to work under pressure
• High proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to travel to China (Shenzhen) daily and station in China
• Excellent computer skills, e.g MS Office & Chinese Input.
