Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for strengthening the brand positioning and increasing brand awareness
• Manage the business and channel development of the brand
• Drive performance through point of sale, visual elements that support brand and product category direction and strengthen brand’s presentation at retail
• Lead the development/execution of seasonal in-store imagery for retail to align directive
• Prepare marketing analysis and prediction 
• Develop both long term and short term strategy in sales and marketing (yearly target and annual marketing plan)
• Negotiate with different foreign brands to increase our market value
• Manage and analyze stock levels and sales report monthly to predict the merchandise quantity
• Cooperate with other teams to achieve brand sales target
• Lead the team to hit company business and sales target

Job Requirements

• University Graduation in Marketing or Operations Management
• Minimum 6 years related experience in retail industry, preferably in health/ beauty or FMCG background
• Excellent in spoken and written in Chinese and good knowledge of English and Mandarin
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and task-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently
