Job Description
We are a Hong Kong-based law firm with approximately 100 employees. We are now seeking a receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Firm with the following qualifications:-
- Form 7 graduate or above
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Minimum 3 to 4 years solid working experience in law firm
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal skills and numerical sense
- Hardworking, responsible, mature, self motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
- Immediate available is highly preferable
Job duties:-
- To greet and lead guests
- To handle incoming calls and general reception duties
- To assist in performing general administrative duties
