Responsibilities

• To work with the Marketing Team to conceptualize promotion initiatives.
• To lead the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the marketing events and promotion activities including sales driven promotions, stage shows, public relations events, and social media promotions, etc.
• To manage effective communications with internal & external parties on the marketing events and promotions
• To involve in budget planning and control on events & promotions
• To coordinate and work closely with production and design parties
• To initiate and support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within which at least 2 years' at managerial level, preferably in FMCG, retail
• Strong in planning and program execution
• Excellent skills in marketing communication and advertisement coordination
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, creative, detail-minded, independent and hard working
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
