Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales documentations and materials complying with statutory requirements
• Prepare and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for residential properties
• Conduct researches on local property market
• Liaise with various parties for sales activities
• Communicate and conduct briefing to property agencies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Studies, Surveying or related disciplines
• 6 - 8 years of working experience in sales and marketing of residential properties in Hong Kong. Relevant experience in property developers is an advantage
• Strong selling & presentation skills and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoints and Chinese word processing
• Work on weekends and public holidays maybe required
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Immediate available preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive.
