By reporting to Senior Commercial Finance Manager, the main focus of this role is to handle Company contracts & agreement, IP and finance check process for the regional business (UK & US).

Responsibilities & Specific Accountability

• Assist on the financial checking for suppliers and vendors, coordinating with all stakeholders to take appropriate to follow up actions
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain financial information for vendor assessment
• Work with US IP Team on IP checking and feedback promptly to Commercial team in case of any abnormal issues
• Maintain and monitor tracking system on contracts, IP and finance check to ensure status accuracy and up-to-dated
• Build and maintain a quality database from internal and external sources
• Liaise with suppliers, Legal team and sourcing team to complete the signage of Company's NDA, Supplier Agreement & MSTA
• Act as day-to-day central point of communication with US team, Suppliers and Commercial teams to understand and execute legal documentation to meet Group's requirements

Key Position Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 1 year of related experience in MNC/ sizable Company
• Accounting background with good understanding on the interpretation of financial statements
• Exposure in vendor contracting is highly desirable 
• Excellent time management approach with sense of urgency in meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
• Excellent in developing ways of accomplishing goals with minimal supervision, sound judgement on when escalation of issues is necessary
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individual at all levels of the organization
• Excellent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - advanced in Excel
• More Experience will be considered as Officer
